I am extremely happy with the service, cost and final book I had printed by Sese Printing. The whole experience was beyond my expectations and much better than my previous book that was printed in Australia! From the very first detailed quote through to the finished printed book, the person who I was dealing with was sales representative Stella Wei. She adjusted quotes for me quickly and suggested options such as embossing and gold foiling etc to make my book even better. Stella followed my job as it went through the pre-press stage with designer William and informed me of changes to colour profiles that I needed to fix at my end. She sent me final proofs and once it was printed Stella sent me photos of the finished product which was amazing. I have to say that Stella helped guide me through the entire process and kept me informed along the way, and I believe that her customer service is outstanding and I highly recommend her. I am  happy with my book and look forward to printing more!
